About E-Boost

e-boost was founded in 2021 by Johannes Fischbach and Dr. Stephan Gillmeier. Our passion for bikes started with downhill racing. Johannes has been building his own bikes for ten years and Stephan spent eight years at Apple in Cupertino. So we took the best of both worlds and built E-Boost bikes. And now. . . after 7 prototypes and tens of thousands of miles of testing, we have created something completely new. Uniquely light, extremely powerful, and of course made with only the best materials. It is practically an iPhone to ride! Our headquarters are located in Waldkirch (near Freiburg). If you want to visit us or test an e-boost, you are very welcome.
