• We reserve the right to revoke brand claims if we determine the claim is fraudulent or the profile is misused
• Brand profiles remain the property of Electric Motor Feed; claiming grants management rights, not ownership of the listing

5. User Content and Reviews

When posting content, reviews, or comments on our platform:

• You retain ownership of your content but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote it on our platform
• Content must be truthful, not misleading, and based on genuine experience
• Content must not contain hate speech, harassment, threats, or illegal material
• Content must not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights
• We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove content that violates these terms
• Reviews must reflect honest opinions; fake or incentivized reviews are prohibited

6. Subscriptions and Payments

For paid subscriptions (Pro and Enterprise plans):

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe customer portal
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact us for refund requests
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers
• Featured placements are non-refundable once activated and displayed on the platform

7. Intellectual Property

The Electric Motor Feed name, logo, design, and all original content (including blog articles, vehicle data compilations, and software) are the intellectual property of WPDesigns. Brand logos, names, and vehicle images belong to their respective owners and are used for informational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that vehicle specifications, pricing, or availability information is accurate or up to date. Users should verify critical information directly with manufacturers or dealers before making purchasing decisions. We are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party content, including brand-submitted information and user reviews.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Electric Motor Feed and WPDesigns shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
