CAKE, a Swedish manufacturer of electric motorcycles, recently unveiled a brand-new platform at the 2023 Consumer Electronics Show. Its name, the Åik, is taken from the old Gutniska language that was spoken on the island of Gotland and approximately translates to mean “great and heavyweight.” You would be completely correct if you assumed it meant it was a utility bike.
