It is a power system with a continuous output power of 5kW, including 5kW PMSM motor and 5kW FOC motor controller. The product can provide two rated voltage operating modes, 48V and 60V, which can be automatically adjusted according to the battery system. This system is able to run under 60V rated voltage, containing a power system with 8kW continuous output power, whose peak output power is 14kw and peak torque is 66N.m. The system includes an 8kW PMSM motor, a gearbox, and an 8kW FOC motor controller, with the ability to operate at a rated voltage of 60V.

With matching between high-speed motor and reduction gearbox, the system achieves the perfect combination of high power density and high torque output of the motor system, and further optimization of its mechanical characteristics, which provides strong torque at low speeds and large power at high speeds, with CAN/485 (CAN recommended) real-time communication and the achievement of intellectualization on the vehicle.

This system is able to run under 60V rated voltage, containing a power system with 16kW continuous output power, whose peak output power is 28kw and peak torque is 129N.m.

This system adopts modular design, which brings lower cost and better quality control, dual motor collocation, which brings visual and counterweight balance and better appearance, the two-cylinder design like the gasoline engine, which stimulates the user’s psychological needs and more reasonable space layout and lower center of gravity compared to the single large-power motor.

High power permanent magnet synchronous motor is excellent products which are based on electromagnetic simulation and magnetic circuit structure optimization design and combines with rich experience in engineering design. With high-performance permanent magnet element, solid material, exquisite technology, the motor has high power density, high-temperature resistance grade, high motor speed, wide efficient platform and large output torque.

SMP180-08 series

Permanent magnet synchronous motor based on natural air cooling has mature radial magnetic field design, and motor power density is higher. The permanent magnet material of high-performance grade and standard guarantee working reliably in a higher temperature environment. The high quality of material and the higher coil space factor make the motor output more torque. The unitary modular position sensor can make the motor more anti-interference and more accurate and reliable control. With the series design of the 8kw motor, it makes the production process and supply match more consistent, and the system quality guarantee is more reliable.

Design of wide voltage 48V/60V/72V has wider application. Imported NSK high-speed bearing suspension structure ensures the reliability and stability of long running at a high speed. Aluminum alloy anodized shell is beautiful, not easy to damage and has superior heat dissipation ability.
