In an exchange filing on Thursday, Eicher Motors Limited, an Indian multinational automotive and the parent company of Royal Enfield established a strategic partnership in the area of electric motorcycles with Stark Future SL of Spain.

(EML) claims they are laying the groundwork for “a long-term partnership in collaborative research and development in electric motorcycles, technology sharing, technical licensing, and manufacturing” with an initial equity investment of €50 million, or roughly 10.35% equity stake in Stark Future SL.
