Felo FW06 Electric Scooter: Felo FW-06 Electric Motorcycle Makes its Way to France
More manufacturers are hopping on the electric vehicle bandwagon as the world shifts toward them, notably those from China. A new scooter called the FW-06 has been introduced in Europe by the Chinese company FELO, with France serving as its initial market. While being on display since 2019, the scooter is now formally in production and gives users an option to their typical commuter scooters.
The Felo FW06 electric scooter makes its way to the European market with crucial styling and tech features. The company claims that the frame of the scooter is not only cool but also sturdy enough to handle daily commutes. It’s important to note that electric motors power the scooter, providing a smooth and quiet ride. Deliveries of the new model are expected to include disc brakes, ensuring great safety for riders. Overall, Felo has created a scooter that not only looks great but is also reliable and functional for everyday use.
The R&D division of Hiyeetong, a Chinese manufacturer of high-performance automobiles, which later changed its name to FELO Technologies and specialized in high-performance motorcycles, is FELO Design. As of 2019, FELO Technologies has launched its own brand, FELO EV, in the industry for electric high-performance motorcycles. The two businesses then inaugurated their electric products—F9 KYMCO in Taipei and FELO’s FW-06 in Shanghai—after securing their funding from Kymco’s Treasury cash.
Recently, Kymco, FELO, and Super Soco joined forces to form a strategic collaboration with the aim of expanding the Ionex network for interchangeable battery systems and hastening the introduction of electric bikes to the international arena.
Felo FW-06 Electric Scooter Overview
The FELO FW-06 features a sporty, aggressive look with streetfighters with high displacement as inspiration. The step-through frame design and compact proportions of the scooter maintain its scooter character, while the strong motor on the swingarm produces a continuous output of 5 kilowatts, with a peak of 10kw (13.6 horsepower). The scooter is a punchy vehicle because of the electric motor’s quick force.
The scooter makes its way to people with its futuristic and sporty style. This cool model is equipped with important tech features that set it apart from other electric scooters in the shops. The company claims that the electric motor mounted on the swingarm can generate a peak power of 10 kW, and deliver a torque of approximately 13.6Nm.
The scooter is available in two models, the FW06 DX and the FW06 GL, and was launched in the Asian and European scene in 2022. The capacity of the brushless DC motor is important to note, as it can generate a maximum speed of 140 km per hour.

Because of its 58 newton meters of torque, according to FELO, the FW-06 can accelerate from 0 to 30 miles per hour in just 1.7 seconds and reach a top speed of 70 miles per hour. There are two driving modes on the scooter: Normal and Sport, with the latter enabling a top speed of 70 mph.
The FELO FW-06 runs on a 5.57 kilowatt-hour, swappable battery capacity of 96v that has a maximum range of 140km (88 miles) on a single charge and has 88Ah power. The battery must be fully charged in roughly six hours, which can be a drawback for some. It has a real-time mobile dash that displays important information such as battery level and range.
The FW-06 has a price tag of roughly 7,300 Euros ($7,830 USD), and FELO expects deliveries to begin in May 2023. The FW-06’s sleek style, potent motor, and respectable range make it a feasible alternative for riders who are performance-oriented, despite the fact that it may seem expensive for a scooter restricted to urban settings.
With the introduction of its scooter line in France, FELO is anticipated to increase its market share in Europe. It will be interesting to see how the FW-06 performs in actual use and how it compares to other electric scooters in Europe.
