Introduction: A Visionary Start
In August 2020, Mostefa ABDOU founded Bymoss Electric Vehicles in France. The company aimed not only to convert vehicles like the Land Rover Defender into electric models but also to electrify iconic motorbikes. Partnering with Luuc Muis from LM Creations, Mostefa embarked on a mission driven by his passion for both cars and motorcycles, seeking to eliminate technical and regulatory barriers.
E-lectra: Revolutionizing BMW Conversions
Bymoss Electric’s collaboration with LM Creations has led to the exclusive distribution of electric BMW kits in France. These kits, including the BMW R00 conversion kit, are undergoing a rigorous homologation process mandated by French regulations. Once approved, they will mark a significant milestone in the electrification of iconic motorbikes.
Preserving Heritage with E-scramblers
Specializing in BMW conversions that preserve classic aesthetics, Bymoss Electric also ventures into creating E-scramblers. Teaming up with Möbius Garage, they have brought the E-lectra model to life, seamlessly integrating electric components while maintaining the signature boxer engine appearance. Leveraging 3D printing, they’ve ensured that the bike retains its original charm, with the only noticeable difference being the absence of exhaust pipes.
Blending Tradition with Innovation
Bymoss Electric takes pride in seamlessly integrating electric motors into classic designs, ensuring that their bikes appear indistinguishable from traditional combustion models. Their commitment lies in honoring the past while embracing the future of technology. With a perfect fusion of heritage and innovation, they set a new standard in the realm of electric motorbikes.
Future Collaborations and Designs
Bymoss Electric continues to push boundaries, collaborating with Möbius Garage and Sebastien Beaupère. Additionally, they’ve partnered with Benjamin Piannelli of “Atelier Piannelli” to unveil a new motorbike design in September, promising further innovation in the realm of electric vehicles.
